HISTORY DENIED 
Foibe. A term unknown to many Italians. I remember my first article where I quoted the sinkholes, a 2004 article, many people asked me what it meant, and what I meant by the term "infoibare. Today in 2010, after several shows and documentaries on TV, after many discussions and responses, sometimes institutional Foibe entering the Italian vocabulary in everyday language. We talk about nationalism and a sense of belonging to our land and our nation, we are all proud of being Italian and proud to be part of this people, just like Fiume, Istria and Dalmatia, as examples of heroism of those who fought for our land, who has fallen for our country and we do not take as an example of their own heroism, the Italians on the eastern border, who fell and died because they have denied and betrayed Italy.

Italians must know that not only Foibe karst cavities, but also the tombs for thousands of Italians who were thrown alive into these deep hollows of the ground. Italians must know that in Dalmatia Italians were made to drown in the Adriatic sea with a stone around his neck. The Eastern Question has to be gutted and brought to light.
