I think it is appropriate one of my explanation for my position and choice lately.
I believe that there is no better choice, given the current political landscape and the political / party, which remain in the PDL.
Today this political formation is the only way to carry out certain battles. I do not intend to bring forward my ideas manifest on the streets and among the people but to continue my battles within the institutions. What better opportunity for a party of 28% or so? (I say 28% because today is the midpoint in the different statistical surveys carried out).
They died the parties that brought forward ideas and ideologies. The 21st century has seen several changes. We arrived at the two-party political system several times and attempt a transformation to the bipartisan (I do not agree with it and do not think it ever feasible and viable in our current political system). Political parties have disappeared from the historical scenarios: MSI, PSI, PC, DC ... but not only them who could also represent the ideological continuity. Today the Democratic Party is a political force but has not left the Communist Party and represents communism. Socialists are not any more. The Democrats have gone into extinction, although some political Old Guard of the modes and attitudes persist ... and sometimes, unfortunately, even in young people.

All still stuck on old issues, new elites are inadequately prepared, in my opinion. After the parties had no choice but to take advantage of modern political parties as an instrument to carry out their battles. Convinced that the election signs are only the modern part, and convinced that everything will remain stationary until the age of Berlusconi.
The PDL today certainly reflects the modern party as I have described, that is an electoral cartel. Within the PDL is a political community that I can certainly represent a community with whom I can continue my political battles that feel, which perfectly represent my feelings and that are in line with my political views.
Today, the PDL has not only characters from the old DC and socialist oriented parties leading figures coming from the right and center representing pages of AN and the MSI.
Who is today represented a new political formation FLI: Bocchino, Della Vedova and Barbaresco. I limit myself to them as they are the "colonels" of the new (pseudo) political party, or at least those who attend these days constantly on TV representing the FLI.
Mouthpiece well as having a history of dubious morality (Telekom Serbia and Global Service, and cases that are coming up in the newspapers these days) for any reason, its shape can be representative of my culture and culture of the right. Militancy and zero political career due to transition from one to another office. Della Vedova known radicals such battles will continue right? Abortion? Liberalisation of drugs? Gay marriage? Surely some of these issues will agree with Fini (Fini I hope you remember that began to change his mind on issues of ethics in the referendum of 2005 when he only pointed the way to NA of the vote). On Barbareschi avoid spending a lot of words, as I heard a dear friend, comrade, I call it a "valley of Italian politics."
Why consider arises when the FLI not as a party alternative to the PDL and right-wing party but as an alternative to the PDL in the center-right, same policy and same battles. Ie create a clone. We must tell all, what is right is right, a good thing Fini has done: he brought out all those recycled from the PDL (and not only ...) policy and lightened the load on the PDL.
